These terms govern your use of this website, operated by A&A Window Covering in Scarborough, Ontario. By using the site you accept these terms.

Information, not an offer

Content on this site — including product descriptions, photography and the rating summary — is for general information only. Nothing here is a binding offer, and pricing is confirmed only in a written quote from us.

Quotes and orders

Quotes we prepare are estimates based on the measurements and choices discussed at the consultation, are valid for 30 days unless the quote itself states otherwise, and may change if the project scope changes. A custom order becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by both sides, subject to the warranty terms summarized on this site and any terms stated on the order.

Warranty

Our current warranty coverage is summarized in the value-props section of the home page. In plain terms: 5-year fabric coverage (including wrinkles and curling edges), 1-year coverage for manufacturing defects, 10 years for hardware, 2 years for motors; defective items are repaired or replaced free of charge under normal use. Misuse, accidents and improper handling are excluded, service or shipping charges may apply after two years, and coverage details are confirmed at time of order — ask our sales team for the most current terms.

Website content, intellectual property and fair use

The text, layout and design of this site belong to A&A Window Covering and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Photographs on this site show our own installations; please contact us before reusing them. Product names mentioned remain the trademarks of their owners.

Short quotations from this site with clear attribution to “A&A Window Covering” and a link back to the relevant page are welcome — for example, a customer review, news story, contractor directory or community forum quoting our services or prices. That is fair use. Anything beyond brief quotation — reproducing whole pages, our photo galleries, or using our name, content or photos to imply we endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with another business — is not permitted without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website: no attempts to breach or probe its security, no scraping or automated bulk access, no interference with its operation, and no use of it for unlawful purposes.

Accuracy of colours, samples and measurements

Fabric and finish colours shown on screen vary by monitor, phone and lighting. Colours are confirmed by the physical sample you approve at the consultation, and that approved sample is the standard for your order. Installed products may also show natural variations inherent to textiles and manufacturing. Final measurements are taken by us at the consultation.

Reviews and ratings shown

The 5.0 rating and review count shown on this site summarize reviews posted by customers on Google at the time of display; we do not control that content, ratings change over time, and we present it as a summary, not a guarantee of any particular result.

Third-party links

Links to Google Maps, Google reviews, WhatsApp and other services take you to platforms we do not operate; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer; “as is” website

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the site is provided in good faith, but we disclaim all other warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&A Window Covering’s total liability arising from your use of this website — however caused, and on any theory of liability — is limited to CAD $100. This website is informational; if you become our customer, your rights and remedies are governed by your written quote and order, and nothing in these terms limits our liability to you under that agreement, under the written warranty that comes with your order, or under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other law that cannot be limited by these terms.

Indemnity

If you misuse this website in a way that causes us loss — for example a security attack, scraping or infringing our content — you agree to cover our resulting costs, to the extent permitted by law.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with any written quote and order you accept, form the entire agreement about the website; they do not modify any rights you have under consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
